The three steps that actually work
Players who get a shift to fire describe the same order:
- Choose a titan in the in-game select menu. The Roblox avatar editor is not that menu.
- Equip ODM gear. Reports say the transform control does nothing until gear is on, even if you plan to spend the life as a giant.
- Press transform. On PC the shared report is Z to enter and to eject. Some Colossal setups are reported on N or P. The on-screen prompt beats a comment.
If step 3 does nothing, step 1 or 2 was skipped. If you own a Colossal and still get Attack, you selected the wrong row.

No public code grants a titan. Buying both Colossal faces does not add a second moveset in the store text. One face is enough unless you are collecting.
After the body appears
Transforming is a class change, not a win.
- Roar to highlight nearby enemies and to apply knockback. Both were called out in the map update.
- Learn the kit's main swing before you chase a showcase ultimate.
- Your nape still exists. Scouts who can hold 160 will take it.
- Eject with gas. A human who drops in a plaza on an empty tank does not get a second chance.
- Colossal should transform in a courtyard. A patch stopped it rotating too quickly in some cases. Leftover spins are usually collision, not a hidden tech. Do not shift in a stairwell.
The menu bug
After a death, the titan select UI sometimes ignores clicks. The reported fix is to leave the experience and join again. Private-server fly commands do not repair a frozen client menu. Treat the next death as a possible rejoin.
A calm practice set
Use Attack Titan in a quiet corner of Paradis or a clearing in Another Forest. Transform, walk, roar, eject. Ten times. Then one swipe and an eject onto a roof. Only then take a public fight.
On touch, do not cover the transform button with the boost thumb. On a controller, use the prompt added with the map update. If you cannot find transform, you are still in a human loadout with no titan selected.
